Just because you've gone sugar-free doesn't mean you have to go without dessert — much less one that's festive enough to serve to special dinner guests. These delicious, sugar-free dessert options will satisfy a fierce sweet tooth while wowing any guests who might happen to be at the table.

No-Bake Sugarless Cheesecake

Move over, Cheesecake Factory! This recipe is fast and easy and tastes as authentically cheesecakey as the one your fancy granny used to make.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine 1¾ cup graham cracker crumbs, ½ cup butter, and ½ teaspoon cinnamon and press into the bottom of a 9-inch square pan. Bake for 9 minutes and then allow it to cool.

Meanwhile, dissolve one .6-ounce package of sugar-free lemon Jell-O in one cup of boiling water and let it cool until it thickens. In a separate bowl, beat 8 ounces of cream cheese together with two teaspoons of vanilla, and then add the lemon Jell-O. Carefully fold in one cup of sugar-free whipped topping. Pour the mixture into the crust and sprinkle with more graham cracker crumbs. Chill it in the fridge overnight.

Strawberry Fluff

This ridiculously fast and easy dessert is dreamily creamy and fluffy, and served in parfait cups layered with luscious strawberries, it's a feast for the eyes as well.

In a large bowl, combine two three-ounce packages of strawberry-flavored sugar-free Jell-O, 16 ounces of cottage cheese, eight ounces of thawed frozen whipped topping, and one 20-ounce can of crushed pineapple, drained. Refrigerate for a couple of hours until it's perfectly set up, then spoon it into glasses, alternating layers of fluff with layers of fresh strawberries.

Simple Apple Crumble

Looking for a delish single serve dessert for a night in? We got you covered!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Start this recipe by coring and removing the seeds from one medium sized apple. You can use any variety of apple for this recipe. We used a gala apple, and it turned out amazing. Chop the apple into small bite-sized pieces (about ¼ inch). Set aside.

Then, place ½ of a grissini breadstick (or other flavor neutral breadstick or cracker) into a ziptop bag and crush. Continue crushing with your fingers until the grissini stick is broken down into a powder with several small chucks of the grissini stick. Next, make the crust by mixing the half of the crushed grissini powder, ½ packet powdered stevia, and ¼ tsp cinnamon in small bowl. Stir well. Add water slowly to the crust mix. Once it reaches a good consistency, press the crust mixture into the bottom of a soufflé dish. (or muffin tin). Then, place apples pieces into the soufflé dish. (or muffin tin).

To make the topping, combine the other half of the crushed grissini, the other ½ packet stevia, and ¼ tsp cinnamon. Pour this topping mixture over the apple and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the apples are softened. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, serve, and enjoy!
