2 cups leafy greens
¼ cup shredded red cabbage
1 baked sweet potato
½ cup tempeh, crumbled
6-7 slices English cucumber
½ avocado, cubed
1 Tbsp hemp hearts
Drizzle of Simple Girl Organic Citrus Ginger Dressing
