We use UPS and USPS for shipping of all Simple Girl packages. BUT if more accuarate tracking is important to you, you may want to choose UPS.

If you want to ship to a PO Box, choose the USPS option.
- Normally, orders placed before 1:00pm CST Monday through Friday will ship that day. Orders placed after 1:00pm CST on all the days of the week will ship the next business day; Saturday and Sunday are not shipping days.

We are closed most major holidays, including but not limited to, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Therefore, we do not ship out packages on those days.

Per UPS and USPS’s Guidelines, the day your package leaves our facility and enters the system does NOT count as a transit day. So, do not count that day in your day count.

UPS does not deliver on Saturday* or Sunday. (*If you want to request Saturday delivery for an additional fee, please call us at 1-844-834-8144 to find out if your area qualifies for Saturday delivery with UPS.) USPS does delivery on some Saturdays, but it isn't 100% reliable.
Domestic Delivery Options with UPS (excludes Alaska and Hawaii):
UPS Next Day Air: Delivered by the end of the next business day (normally excludes delivery on Saturday and Sunday) after order is shipped.*
UPS Second Day Air: By the end of the second business day (normally excludes delivery on Saturday and Sunday) after order is shipped.*
UPS Three Day Select: End of the third business day after order is shipped.
UPS Ground: The picture below depicts the estimated arrival time for SIMPLE GIRL orders placed with ground shipping. This is customized to give estimates from our location to give you the most accurate idea of when your package will arrive.

In-Store Pick Up Option
Live close to O'Fallon, Missouri? We now offer the option to pick up your order, which can save you time and shipping costs.
All you have to do is follow these easy steps:
1. Call us at 844-834-8144 to place your order. Our office is open Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
2.Let the customer service representative know that you would like to pick up your order (so they don't charge you shipping--yay!), and what time you will arrive at our office. Please give us 2 hours to process your order.
3. Come see us at 310 Sonderen Street in O'Fallon, MO 63366. Our receptionist will have your order ready for you.
