Simple Girl Sugar-Free Hot Sauce (Sweetened with Stevia)
Eating Hot and Healthy with Sugar-Free Hot Sauce
Eating clean has never been so good. Simple Girl's Sugar-Free Hot Sauce is one of the best sugar-free sauces on the market. Trust us -- it's good.
When it comes to "sugar-free," "low-carb," "gluten-friendly" sauces and spices, a lot of at-home chefs hesitate. Personal diets and health limitations aside, dipping away from the norm (i.e. the routine seasonings and dips you always use) is a risk, especially when you're cooking to impress. Then again, experimentation is the only way delicious dishes came into existence in the first place.
No Sugar? No Problem. At Simple Girl, we understand the desire to stick with what you know. However, there are numerous benefits when you cut sugar out of the equation. Eating sugar-free can lead to better craving and hunger control. "Glycation" is also connected to rushed aging and weight maintenance, not to mention the old "sugar-equals-dentist" proverb. Kitchen-common hot sauces and seasonings are typically low in calories, fats, and carbs. Unfortunately, our favorite buffalo glazes are thickened with salts and sugar. Fortunately, Simple Girl's Sugar-Free Hot Sauce is a healthy no-guilt replacement. Stevia carries the sugary taste we all love without the unhealthy intake most people are accustomed to.
No Monosodium Glutamate! Or "MSG," our hot sauce contains zero MSG additives often used to amplify taste and, on the flipside, cause serious side-effects. But no worries! Our buffalo sauce is loaded with all-natural ingredients that pack a sweet-and-spicy punch moderate-to-high-temp spice enthusiasts enjoy. A lot of countries have strict rules about MSG additives ranging from package labeling to complete bans.
Why Eat Sugar-Free? As we've mentioned previously, there are numerous benefits when you opt out of sugar-heavy diets. Here are a few of the most common perks of cutting sugar:
Improved Concentration: According to The Spruce and other sources, kicking sugar may lead to enhanced mental clarity, concentration, and memory. Called "brain fog" in some circles, sugar is known to increase negative thoughts, nervousness, and muddle up our sleep patterns. More sleep, more energy.
Weight Control: Sugar is a prominent ingredient in fattier, more-addictive foods. There are "good fats," of course, that the body needs, but the amount of sugar the average person consumes is well over his or her daily requirements. Weight control is also connected to sugar-related cravings which will decrease over time. Luckily, our Sugar-Free Hot Sauce fits into several popular and effective diet regimes.
Lower Health Risks: Aside from known conditions associated with indigestion, depression, hyperactivity, blood pressure, and others, sugar "robs" (or, in my cases, replaces) our diet of nutrients and minerals important to our immune system and metabolism. Another known side-effect of sugar is inflammation. This is connected to pains, aches, and other health concerns. Keep in mind dental health, allergens, wrinkly skin associated with Advanced Glycation Endproducts (AGEs).
Sugar-free hot sauce is just one of many ways to update your kitchen with clean, sugar-free alternatives. There are a number of sugar-free foods and ingredients for every meal of the day, including favorites like stevia instead of sugar, avocados, coconut milk, grain-free granola, salmon, turkey, salads, chorizo tacos, chicken, and more. It's important for diet-ready and health-conscious people to eat with a plan in mind. Check with your doctor, do your research. At Simple Girl, we hope our products like our Sugar-Free Hot Sauce can help you meet your goals.

I tried the Bar B Que sauce and it was too sweet for me, but this hot sauce was not too hot. I love the vinegar taste to it and use it as a Bar B Que sauce!!

I like this as much as regular hot sauce. Great for dipping and marinating
